Labelux Group - Responsive eCommerce Checkout

The objectives of this project were to refine the checkout process to make the flow more intuitive and to incorporate omnichannel initiatives, whilst accounting for region-specific requirements and optimising for the luxury market.

As this checkout was to be added to the Labelux Salesforce Commerce Cloud template for their luxury clients, I worked with the eCommerce Directors for Bally, Belstaff and Jimmy Choo, along with Labelux business analysts and developers to refine the journey and ensure that all changes would help the businesses in achieving their objectives.
Bally Collect From Store service
The project was still in progress when I left the company, but certain elements of the checkout are live on the Bally site, such as the Collect in Store and Return to Store services.
